Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Washington State is seeking Harley Davidson Technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on Harley Davidson motorcycles and other powersports vehicles. You will diagnose issues, provide repair estimates, install upgrades, and test ride to ensure safety and performance.

The role requires experience or training in mechanical work, a motorcycle endorsement, and the ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy motorcycles.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required).
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move motorcycles up to 850 lbs.

What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

• Compensation & Pay Structure: Flexible pay structure offering $20.00-40.00 per hour based on experience, skill level, and certifications.
