RideNow Powersports in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Harley Davidson Technician to join our team. You will perform maintenance and repairs on Harley motorcycles and other powersports vehicles, using diagnostic tools and service manuals to ensure safety and performance.

We offer a flexible pay structure of $20.00-$40.00 per hour, relocation assistance for qualified applicants, paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and tools required by OEM for the job.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required).
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools.
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to push motorcycles up to 850 lbs safely.
• Must move through dealership premises while aware of moving vehicles and displays.

What We're Looking For:

We're hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs —if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
