Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Washington is seeking service technicians of all levels to service motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, following OEM procedures with specialized tools provided at the facility.

We offer paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and paths to advance, plus relocation assistance for qualified applicants and OEM tooling on site. Flex pay through $20–$40 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

• Graduated from an tech program (MMI or similar) or has real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Own a basic set of mechanics tools; motorcycle endorsement helpful

Powersports Service Technician – All Skill Levels Welcome!

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
• Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
• Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
• Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
• Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)

What We're Looking For:

We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
