Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Kennewick, Washington is hiring Powersports Service Technicians of all skill levels to join our team. You’ll perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as appropriate to your experience, following OEM procedures with tools provided by the facility.

The role offers paid factory training, mentorship from master technicians, relocation assistance for qualified applicants, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
• 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
• OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required).
• Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred).
• Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.

RideNow Powersports, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team.

We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs —if you meet one or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit:

• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
