The Re-Engagement Planning Advisor is responsible for learning the industry, products, product finance / insurance options (trust), services, as well as use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales software and proprietary contracting software. Responsibilities include completing a training program which requires successfully completing coursework, passing exams, and demonstrating the appropriate skills to begin fulfilling the following responsibilities.
We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven sales representative to actively set appointments and engage prospective clients with purchasing pre-planned funeral services as well as pre-planned cemetery/mausoleum property to meet their personal and cultural needs. Take pride in service excellence and work within a technology-rich environment to support revenue quota achievement.
Proactively schedule After Care Visit appointments with families previously served through our mortuary for At-Need services.
Communicate the importance and value of pre-planning by presenting Personal Planning Guides to families.
Use Salesforce to manage client accounts, track activity, and maintain follow-up.
Compassionate, results-driven, and adaptable, with strong communication skills.
Tech-savvy and flexible; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to travel to client homes or company locations. Weekend and evening availability may be required.
Must have prior experience in At-Need funeral arrangements.
Limited Life License will be required.
Ability to obtain and maintain insurance license as required by state/province.
Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales systems preferred.
Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM/social networking apps preferred.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Professional attire required when meeting with clients or representing the company.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Indoor work during all seasons and weather conditions.
Compliance with corporate dress code policy.
Sitting for extended periods, up to 6 hours per day.
Manual dexterity required for paperwork, calculators, computers, and phone usage.
Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed.
Salary: $18.00/hr (targeted first-year earnings of $40,000 - $100,000)
