Group 1 Buick GMC South is expanding its sales team and seeking energetic, customer-focused professionals to represent popular cars, trucks, and SUVs on the showroom floor. No automotive experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a clear path to advancement, with strong earning potential through base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Sales or client facing experience required; automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and Positive attitude.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Fundamental computer skills.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the lot to identify needs and vehicle preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance through test drives and walkarounds.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through financing and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while delivering a high quality customer experience.
• Partner with the finance and sales management team to structure deals and close sales.
• Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM with all interactions and follow ups.
