Ashley Furniture Homestore is the nation’s largest furniture and mattress retailer. Our local network is operated by Missouri Furniture, family owned since 1977. We are seeking self-motivated, professional, high-energy Sales Professionals to join our team.

Learn product features, greet clients, assist with home design, and participate in events to drive sales while maintaining an appealing showroom. Top earners can exceed $100,000 annually with a base portion and commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High energy with a passion to succeed
• Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in furniture sales and/or interior design is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Available 40 hours/week including some evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, discover needs for their home, and present options with features and benefits

Responsibilities:

• Learn features and benefits of the products we carry, with the ability to share that knowledge with our clients.
• Greet clients, discover their wants and needs for their home, engage them with merchandise options - including features and benefits, and provide exceptional client service during and post-sale.
• Assist clients in designing spaces they'll absolutely love.
• Participate energetically in events and promotion opportunities for our clients.
• Organize and maintain an aspirational merchandise appearance in the showroom.
• Contribute positively to the sales goals of the Team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Proven furniture sales experience and/or Interior Design knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic.
