Bruegge and Co in Peru, IL, seeks a Sales Professional to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while guiding customers through a wide product range. You’ll build a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business and strive to exceed sales goals.

This role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and ownership of results in a supportive team environment, with an attractive uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits.

The Role:

As a Sales Professional, you’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:

• Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers.
• Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs.
• Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence.
• Goal orientation – Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset – Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results.

• Product Knowledge - Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics).

• Pay: Uncapped commission with estimated annual earnings of $55,000–$70,000. Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
