Bruegge and Co, a fifth-generation family business with six retail locations, invites you to join our East Peoria team as a Sales Consultant. You’ll create a fun, engaging store experience and guide guests through our stylish, affordable furniture to transform spaces.

This high‑income, commission‑based role offers uncapped earnings with estimates of $55,000–$70,000 per year; top performers exceed $100,000. We provide training, PTO, Simple IRA match, health, dental & vision, life insurance, a $5k

The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you\’ll ensure each guest has an exceptional shopping experience while guiding them through our wide selection of products. Your role includes:

• Creating a fun, engaging environment and transforming store guests into loyal customers.
• Client Relationship Management – Curates and maintains a personal book of clients to drive repeat and referral business.
• Customer Focus – Listens, understands, and matches solutions to customer needs.
• Relationship Building – Builds trust and rapport, guides customers to purchase decisions with confidence.
• Goal orientation – Driven by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset – Treats the role like running a business, with ownership of results.
• Team Collaboration – Contributes to a supportive, success-driven team culture.
• Adaptability – Able to adjust to different customers, products and situations.
• Product Knowledge - Shares up-to-date product knowledge (styles, fabrics).
• Operational – Submitting precise orders, following established protocols adhering to money handling processes, supporting customers with credit applications and financing matters.

• Pay: Earn uncapped commission, with estimated annual earnings of $55,000-$70,000. Top performers earn $100,000+ annually.
