Leaders Furniture in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Professional to join our Retail Team. You will engage customers, promote outdoor living products, and drive sales in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This full-time role offers onboarding, ongoing training, and a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earnings potential. Candidates should be available weekends and holidays, and be comfortable with POS systems.

Compensation: $45K -$55K

• Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.

• Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 |

What You Bring:

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
