Job summary

Leaders Furniture in Orlando is looking for a passionate Sales Professional focused on customer service to help customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces and enhance Florida lifestyles.

The role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions, 40-hour weeks (Mon–Sat 10–7, Sun 10–6), proactive training, PTO, and a supportive team culture. Training includes travel to Largo and biannual sales meetings; E‑Verify and equal opportunity employer.

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
