Leaders Furniture in Melbourne, FL is seeking a passionate Sales Professional to join our Retail Team, helping customers design outdoor living spaces and driving sales in a vibrant store. You will engage with shoppers, explain product benefits and contribute to a welcoming environment.

This full-time role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, a 40-hour workweek, 14-week onboarding, ongoing training, generous PTO, and a supportive team culture that values initiative.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and travel to Largo for training.

What You Bring:

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
