Job summary

Leaders Furniture in Brandon, FL is seeking a passionate Sales Professional focused on outdoor living to help customers create beautiful spaces.

You will start with a 14-week onboarding, plus quarterly training and ongoing development, with hourly pay and uncapped commission.

Work 40 hours weekly (Mon-Sat 10–7, Sun 10–6). Travel to Largo for training, generous PTO, a supportive team culture, and an Equal Opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings.
