Job summary

Leaders Furniture is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant Lakeland team and help customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces.

You’ll enjoy a 14-week onboarding, ongoing training, generous PTO, and a supportive, team-driven culture. The role is hourly with uncapped commission and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and handle light travel for training.
• Weekend/holiday availability and reliable, positive disposition.
• Willingness to travel to Largo for training and twice yearly meetings.

What You Bring:

• Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
• Comfort with POS systems
