Position Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Professional. The role involves XXXXXX to achieve and exceed sales targets. The Sales Professionals support the Sales Managers to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the sales department and high customer satisfaction levels in accordance with the dealership standards. Responsibilities include leading the commercial vehicle sales strategy, generating commercial vehicle revenue, managing people, and creating positive experiences for both customers and employees. This leadership role requires strong critical thinking, relationship-building, and collaboration skills to partner effectively with department leaders and drive repeat customer business across our sales, service, parts, and collision repair teams.

• 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and training a sales team
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
• Expertise in commercial vehicle sales and sales processes
• Strong skills in customer service with a proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze sales trends and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop effective sales strategies
