Ashley is the largest furniture retailer in America and the #1 selling home furniture brand in the WORLD. We are seeking energetic Sales Professionals to join our team in a customer-focused retail environment in Fredericksburg, VA.

You will help customers design living spaces, discuss home furnishings, and guide them through financing, delivery, and satisfaction. We offer generous monthly incentive opportunities, a guaranteed hourly rate, and uncapped commissions with weekly pay.

• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
