Onboarding pays hourly during training, with potential commissions and bonuses based on performance. Ideal candidates are outgoing, good communicators, and thrive in a fast-paced lifestyle retail setting.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor that motivates action
• Ability to inspire action and share fresh ideas
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Communicates information to prompt action
• Thrives in an exceptional service environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service and delight guests
• Maintain a welcoming front desk presence and engage with guests
• Process sales orders and assist with financing and credit applications with proper documentation
• Address customer concerns independently when possible
• Assist with store opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and daily checklists
• Support inventory management and loss prevention, including bi-annual inventory checks
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
