Job summary

Colder's Furniture is seeking a full-time Furniture Sales Professional in Delafield, WI. This role offers comprehensive training, an ESOP-driven culture, and a path to personal and professional growth within a customer-focused environment.

You will greet customers, help design rooms, discuss financing options, close sales, and build lasting relationships while upholding integrity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Desire to have control over earning ability.
• Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun.
• Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program.
• Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.
