Colder's is seeking a full-time Furniture Sales Professional in West Allis, WI. Join a team focused on helping customers design rooms they love, with comprehensive training to support your success.

This role offers a commission-based earnings model on top of a base pay range, plus ESOP and extensive development opportunities within a supportive culture.

What you will be doing each day:

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.


• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.


• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.


• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.


• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.


• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.


• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance


• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required

We are looking for individuals with:

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required


• Passion about doing a great job and making a great living


• Desire to have control over your earning ability


• Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun


• Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program
