Job summary

BostonFAM in Madison, WI seeks a full-time Furniture Sales Professional. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential and requires weekend availability. You will help customers create beautiful rooms and discuss financing options.

You will greet customers, guide them through selections, close sales, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Training supports growth in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.

What you will be doing each day:

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required
