• Present product to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere
• Build maintain and develop clientele using company CRM and relationship building
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom merchandise
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and deliver memorable client service
• Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties
• Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience
• Receive and deliver client repairs and turn clients over to teammates as needed
