Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Business Analyst in the Sales Ops team to improve sales processes, ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities for tool and system automation. Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in Sales Operations, Operations Analysis, or Process Improvement functions.
• Understanding of systems integrations and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, information systems, or a similar technical degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Lead and execute on efforts to produce documentation related to processes and system information including: Sales stages, Salesforce requirements, user stories, and use case documentation.
• Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales operations and streamline sales cycles.
• Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in the sales process and develop solutions to address them.
• Drive and implement business transformation strategies and plans for internal clients to drive financial and operational improvements.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships to complete team and company objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a similar technical degree
