Total Quality Logistics is seeking high-energy sales talent for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. The role includes six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, relocation support, and a path toward substantial uncapped commissions as you build a book of business.

You will begin with a $55,000 minimum compensation in your first year, plus a housing allowance and sign-on bonus. Bachelor's degree is required; veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and find carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and support execution of customer requirements.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish client relationships.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
