Total Quality Logistics invites you to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, with paid relocation and a path to advancement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You’ll receive six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives, build a client book, and pursue uncapped commissions. A Bachelor's degree is required, and veterans are encouraged to apply. Relocation support is provided to help you settle in.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers, and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and work to meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
