Total Quality Logistics is seeking candidates for the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, build your book of business, and benefit from our mentorship culture.

Relocation to Cincinnati is paid, with a starting compensation of $55,000, a sign-on bonus and housing allowance. Uncapped commissions drive six-figure earnings after three years, with relocation support to other 65+ offices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and calls.
• Build your book of business and close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
