Total Quality Logistics is actively seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. The role offers paid relocation, a base salary plus bonus and housing allowance, with uncapped commissions and a clear path to six-figure earnings after three years.

You will undergo six months of intensive training with top brokers, learning sales, logistics and supply chain fundamentals. This fast-paced in-office program emphasizes mentorship and results-driven growth.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
