Job summary

Rise Financial Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to drive sales while training and developing new team members in our growing organization. You will lead sales activities, mentor trainees, and help the team achieve goals in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

This role requires hands-on experience in insurance or financial services, strong communication, coaching skills, and the ability to manage multiple trainees. Full-time, in-person, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in face-to-face environments or insurance/financial services.
• Strong background in training or coaching sales teams and onboarding new hires.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to motivate others.
• Growth mindset with ability to quickly learn and teach sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales activities to meet individual and team goals.
• Lead comprehensive training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff.
• Track trainee progress and provide performance feedback.
• Develop training modules and workshops from company processes and strategies.
