Job summary

Novacore is seeking a proactive Insurance Producer to develop and grow relationships with lenders, mortgage servicers, credit unions, and auto lenders across the Midwest and Southeast regions. You will sell insurance tracking services, lender-placed insurance programs, and professional liability products to help financial institutions manage risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales, preferably LPI or mortgage servicing risk management products.
• Experience working with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, or auto lenders.
• Strong understanding of insurance compliance and lender collateral protection programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of financial institutions and lenders.
• Promote and sell insurance tracking services and LPI programs.
• Present solutions to executives and risk managers emphasizing risk mitigation.
• Educate clients on best practices for insurance compliance and regulations.
• Assist with implementation of insurance tracking systems and integration with client platforms.
• Provide training and ongoing support to client staff on monitoring workflows.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and reviews.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and generate new business.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings.
