Job summary

Novacore, in partnership with CPIA, seeks an experienced Producer to expand lender-placed insurance solutions across the Midwest and Southeast. You will develop relationships with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions and auto lenders, promoting insurance tracking services and professional liability products.

Ideal candidates have proven insurance sales experience, knowledge of LPI programs, and strong compliance understanding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably involving Lender-Placed Insurance (LPI) or mortgage servicing risk management.
• Experience working with mortgage servicers, banks, credit unions, or auto lenders.
• Strong understanding of insurance compliance and lender collateral protection programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of financial institutions, mortgage servicers, credit unions, and auto lenders in need of insurance tracking and LPI solutions.
• Promote andSell insurance tracking services, LPI programs, and professional liability insurance products.
• Present solutions to executives, risk managers, servicing teams, and compliance leaders, emphasizing risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on best practices for insurance compliance, including applicable federal and state regulations (CFPB, RESPA, OCC).
• Assist with the implementation of insurance tracking systems and integration with client loan servicing platforms.
• Provide training and ongoing support to client staff regarding insurance monitoring workflows and claims management.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and program reviews.
• Attend industry conferences and lender events to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates related to LPI and insurance tracking services.
