Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a Sales Representative on a part-time basis (approximately 10-20 hours per week) with a base pay of $20/hour plus unlimited commission. Training is paid, and the role includes a 401(k) option, car allowance, and mobile phone provided.

You will meet with property managers and facilities teams to educate them about Surface Experts’ capabilities and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, customer-focused and comfortable working

Qualifications

• Must be goal-oriented, self-starter and energetic.
• Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with 5-15 contacts a day.
• On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups.
• In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.
• Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships.
• Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Enjoys working with people.
• Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve.
• Earning the trust with our Customers.
• Working within a sales team and process.
• Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice.
• Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between.
• Reporting accurately and weekly.
• Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities.
