Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• 3–5 years of Sales, Finance or Supply Chain experience in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and demand planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecast cycle and processes for Grocery and Regional Grocery sales divisions.
• Communicate the business outlook, risks and opportunities to finance and sales partners.
• Influence sales teams to make profitable business decisions.
• Act as liaison between demand planning and sales to align volume forecasts.
• Partner with sales to develop customer level plans within the trade management system.
• Support full year plan development and ongoing forecast refinement to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with category and revenue management teams to set trade targets and support pricing strategies.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and actionable insights as needed.
