Job summary

Horizon Organic Dairy is seeking an Associate Sales Planning Manager in Broomfield, CO to drive long-term growth by managing the financial execution of the business plan and aligning with customer priorities. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning and finance to influence outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in Sales/Finance/Supply Chain within a CPG setting, a Bachelor's degree, and a collaborative, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
3-5 years of Sales, Finance or Supply Chain experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in key account management, sales analytics, or demand/supply planning.

Responsibilities

Lead sales planning activities across grocery, convenience, and food service channels.
Develop and maintain short- and long-term trade forecasts aligned with demand and promotions.
Partner with Sales and Demand Planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory alignment.
Analyze sales trends, customer performance, market conditions, and seasonality.
Communicate outlook and risks to finance and sales partners.
Influence and guide sales teams to profitable business decisions.
Support annual plans, PAMs, and forecast refinements to achieve financial targets.
Collaborate with category, revenue management, and customer teams on trade targets and pricing.
