Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - Finance, Business administration, Economics, or similar Preferred.
• 3-5 years of Sales, Finance or Supply Chain experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Strong Analytical Skills, prior business experience in Key account manager, Sales Analyst, or Demand/Supply planning roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecast cycle and processes for Grocery and Regional Grocery sales divisions.
• Communicate business outlook along with risks and opportunities to finance and sales partners.
• Influence and guide sales teams and other stakeholders to profitable business decisions.
• Act as liaison between demand planning team and sales team to drive alignment to volume forecasts.
• Partner with sales team to develop customer level plans within the trade management system.
• Assist teams in the development of full year plans, PAMs, and ongoing forecast refinements to achieve financial results.
• Collaborate with category commercial sales, revenue management, and customer sales to establish trade targets and pricing strategies.
• Support ad-hoc requests with thoughtful analysis and actionable insights.
