This position is a remote role located in Houston, Texas that requires frequent regional travel.

Qualifications

You’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Product Design/Management, Hospitality, or related field of study
  • Proof points of Ford OS leadership behaviors
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Support Culture and ensure a sense of belonging for all team members
  • Multiple years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Service
    • FCSD, Market Rep and/or Dealer Fixed Operations experience (preferred)
  • Extensive Dealer contact and operations experience
    • Multiple years of knowledge and understanding of Dealer operations
    • Excellent Dealer relations and communication skills
  • Proven success activating digital products, experiences or programs at retail
  • Proven experience in advocating for and delivering differentiated experiences to improve customer experience (from definition through implementation)
  • Comfort working in whitespace; ability to use variety of frameworks to provide structure
  • Experience cultivating information and data from a variety of sources and synthesizing into a cohesive story

This position is a range of salary grades LL6

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

As the Sales Performance Manager, you will lead all sales activities in the Region. This begins with leading a team of Zone Managers to achieve their assigned business objectives. Leading the team will involve overnight travel in the assigned Region, including consecutive nights.

Objectives include but not limited to:

  • Achieve Regional 2a6 target monthly
  • Achieve Regional Market share monthly
  • Complete 100% of monthly wholesale target
  • Assist Regional Manager in FDAF and Go to Market Meetings
  • Coach and develop team of Zone Managers to ensure career development
  • Set processes in place to achieve best in class NPS scores
  • Achieve Integrated Services Order Mix

To be successful, you must be able to work with dealers across 3 states and 2 FDAFs, and directly manage 5 GSR employees.
