In this role, you will:
As the Sales Performance Manager, you will lead all sales activities in the Region. This begins with leading a team of Zone Managers to achieve their assigned business objectives. Leading the team will involve overnight travel in the assigned Region, including consecutive nights.
Objectives include but not limited to:
To be successful, you must be able to work with dealers across 3 states and 2 FDAFs, and directly manage 5 GSR employees.
