Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead and coach our counter sales team across locations. You’ll act as a servant leader, analyzing revenue opportunities and driving performance with operations leadership.

You will design training programs, develop materials, and monitor sales effectiveness while partnering with local managers to execute initiatives. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~50% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with supervisory experience.
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• High School diploma with 4+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal sales expert and partner with Operations leadership to improve counter sales performance.
• Identify and analyze revenue opportunities with local managers for products/services.
• Monitor counter sales agents’ effectiveness throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate communications related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes.
• Assess training needs and develop plans to improve knowledge and skills.
• Facilitate local sales training programs and stay updated on new methods.
• Develop and maintain training materials for sales initiatives.
