The role requires a Bachelor's or higher with supervisory experience or an Associate/High School route, plus 2+ years in sales and training. A valid driver's license and travel ~50% are required. Competitive salary starts at $60,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus at least 1 year supervisory experience; OR Associate's Degree plus at least 2 years supervisory experience; OR High School degree plus at least 4 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive Sales experience in a counter sales environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience executing training initiatives and coaching and mentoring sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Coach counter sales staff to increase revenue and performance.
• Partner with Operations leadership to assess revenue generation activities.
• Monitor sales agents' effectiveness throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate communications related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes.
• Develop training materials and deliver local training programs.
