Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Customer Administrative Specialist to support Civilian Markets at state and local levels. You will assist with sales activity, maintain customer records, process orders, and help engage customers effectively.

You will make outbound contacts, pursue leads, support ordering activity, and keep strong communication with sales leadership, using Salesforce and Accurint as core tools to grow a portfolio of buying customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; basic selling and account management knowledge; ability to understand key business drivers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and internal systems; ability to present technical information clearly.
• Ability to persuade clients and others in standard situations; multitasking and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales contacts, including cold calls, and pursue leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers.
• Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activity in Salesforce.
• Represent an assigned product line that may overlap with other sales teams’ territories.
• Work within territory, account, product, service, or sales processes of limited complexity.
• Inform customers of new product and service introductions, pricing, and updates.
• Maintain regular communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead to support sales priorities.
• Maintain proficient understanding of Accurint, including platform demonstrations and pricing discussions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
