You will help with sales activity, maintain customer records, assist with orders and documentation, and engage prospective and existing customers through outbound contacts. You will use product knowledge and internal systems to build a portfolio of buying customers while supporting efficient sales execution.

Qualifications

• Basic selling and account management knowledge.
• Ability to understand business drivers and apply to daily work.
• Experience presenting information clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales contacts, including cold calls.
• Process orders and maintain customer records accurately.
• Qualify prospects and record prospecting activity in Salesforce.
• Represent assigned product lines within territory or accounts.
• Inform customers of new products, pricing, and updates.
• Maintain communication with Sales Director and Team Lead.
