Job summary

EBARA is seeking a dedicated pump service technician in Sacramento to disassemble, clean, reassemble, and test pump systems. You will generate teardown reports, perform failure analyses, and document observations in service records.

You will maintain tools and equipment, follow procedures, and communicate issues to leads. The role requires 0–4 years electro-mechanical experience, and a high school diploma or associate degree in engineering or electronics.

Qualifications

  • Zero to four years electro-mechanical and field service experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and time-management skills; ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pumps and systems.
  • Generate teardown and condition reports; document observations.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of assemblies and final systems.
  • Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies; ensure proper operation of tools.
  • Communicate issues to leads/supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Assist with calibration and performance testing of repaired products.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures; maintain clean, safe work environment.

POSITION SUMMARYUnder direct supervision, disassemble and reassemble pump systems, including the cleaning of parts for the rebuild process.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDCIDisassembly, cleaning, or re-assembly of pumps.
