Job summary

Bathing Brands is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales process from order entry through fulfillment. This role acts as a central liaison between Sales, Operations, and Customers to ensure orders are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams and external customers. The hybrid position requires regular on-site presence with the option for remote work, and comes with a comprehensive

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery details
• Coordinate order progression from receipt through shipment, working closely with Sales, Production, and Shipping teams
• Monitor order status and proactively identify potential delays or issues
• Expedite orders as needed to meet customer expectations and business priorities
• Maintain accurate order records in internal systems (ERP/CRM)
• Prepare and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and related documentation
• Assist with reporting related to orders, shipments, and sales activity
• Support Sales team with administrative tasks as needed
