Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or office administration.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of and experience with the D365 ERP system.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Commitment to Wahl values and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer master data and orders in D365.
• Enter orders or maintain EDI information for smooth flow.
• Review errors on EDI orders and resolve.
• Coordinate with shipping to manage order flow.
• Provide post-shipment support to customers and sales force.
• Respond to customer inquiries and credits/RMAs.
• Enter RMAs and Credit memos.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
