Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and data modeling.
• Experience with CRM systems and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI preferred).
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring sales reports and dashboards (bookings, revenue, pipeline, forecasts, backlog, margin, product mix).
• Analyze sales performance by customer, product line, region, and channel to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support executive-level reporting and monthly business reviews.
• Forecasting & Planning Support: partner with Sales and Finance to support monthly and quarterly sales forecasting; analyze forecast accuracy; assist in annual sales planning and quota modeling.
• Serve as SME for CRM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI); ensure data integrity and adoption.
• Assist in pricing analysis, discount/returns monitoring, and margin reporting.
• Support deal reviews with profitability insights and cross-functional collaboration with Finance.
