Job summary

Rexel USA in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support branch and sales teams and implement digital tools to boost productivity and customer ease of doing business.

You will lead process improvements across order fulfillment, inventory management, and performance analytics, collaborating with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to drive profitability and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, procurement, and/or operations
• Electrical distribution industry experience a plus
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) and sales analytics tools
• Experience in project management
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Optimize the sales process by identifying delays in order fulfillment and customer processes
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to align operations with business goals
• Evaluate and optimize sales technology tools and analytics platforms
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve processes
• Support sales teams with training and documentation
