Job summary

You will prepare performance reports, maintain data across ERP systems, assist with pricing updates and promotions, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product and IT, and help create SOPs to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of sales operations, product data, or related experience.
• CPG or Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, pricing, reporting, and data management.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Maintain product, customer, pricing, and item data.
• Support pricing updates, discounts, and promotions.
• Manage product setup and updates across internal systems.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and IT teams.
• Resolve data discrepancies and improve operational processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
