Job summary

A residential service provider located in New York seeks a Sales Operations Data Specialist to create and maintain reporting for the corporate sales team while supporting regional reporting needs. The ideal candidate will analyze existing reporting systems, implement process optimizations, and collaborate cross-functionally. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science).
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel including PivotTables, DAX, and Data Tables.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or other CRM experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to executing work efficiently.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Data & Systems Manager and departments to ensure reporting aligns with goals.
• Gather feedback from users to optimize reporting practices.
• Analyze existing reporting for improvement and automation opportunities.
• Implement changes to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
• Administer Sales compensation quarterly bonus files.

Skills

Advanced knowledge in MS Excel including PivotTables, DAX, and Data Tables

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or other CRM experience

Power BI or other visualization software knowledge
