Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales operations with strong Salesforce and analytics skills, plus experience with SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; business/finance/analytics preferred.
5+ years in sales operations, commercial operations, analytics, pricing, or related roles.
Strong Salesforce experience; power user/administrator/training/Reporting owner preferred.
Experience with Power BI, IDM, SAP or other reporting/ERP systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to organize data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for the unit.
Support day-to-day Salesforce usage across the sales organization (accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline, forecasts, activities, reporting).
Develop and deliver Salesforce training for new and existing users.
Improve Salesforce data quality, adoption, and consistency across the sales team.
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for leadership and business reviews.
