Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a Project Manager of Revenue Operations to lead senior-level, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen revenue growth and operational efficiency from the Arlington, VA office.   • Consulting experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level leadership for cross-functional revenue initiatives that drive growth and measurable financial outcomes.
  • Own and govern large-scale programs across Revenue organization aligning with revenue strategy and enterprise objectives.
  • Establish scalable revenue workflows and delivery frameworks, identify risks and opportunities.
  • Direct all aspects of project delivery: scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, change management.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Revenue Leadership, delivering data-driven insights for decision making.
  • Develop business cases, value propositions, and ROI justifications.
  • Oversee business process assessments and guide cross-functional teams for scalability.
  • Influence stakeholders across Product, Finance, Engineering, HR and Legal to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor project managers and promote best practices in governance and execution.
  • Establish and report on KPIs to track progress and adoption

Job description

The Project Manager of Revenue Operations plays a lead role responsible for driving sales performance, operational efficiency, and scalability within Bloomberg Industry Group. This role bridges the gap between the sales team and broader commercial functions, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies, market opportunities, and customer needs. This individual will lead the coordination efforts within the RevOps functions including the Sales Operations, Data and Analytics, and Commercial Operations teams, as well as collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, and other commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes, maximize revenue, and support the organization’s continued growth. This role will report to our Head of Revenue Operations out of our Arlington, VA office.

What you will do:
  • Provide senior-level leadership for complex, cross-functional revenue initiatives that drive growth, improve pipeline performance, enhance customer experience, and delivery measurable financial outcomes.
  • Own and govern large-scale, high-impact programs across the Revenue organization, ensuring alignment with revenue strategy, commercial priorities, and enterprise objectives.
  • Establish and enforce standardized, scalable revenue workflows and delivery frameworks, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to accelerate execution and adoption.
  • Direct all aspects of project delivery, including scope, timelines, resourcing, budgets, risk mitigation, and change management, while anticipating and resolving issues before they impact revenue results.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Revenue Leadership team and executive stakeholders, providing clear communication, data-driven insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive business cases, value propositions, and investment justifications that quantify revenue impact, efficiency gains, and return on investment.
  • Oversee business process assessments and guide cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and designed for scalability and align with long-term revenue goals.
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Product, Finance, Engineering, HR and Legal to delivery integrated solutions that support revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Mentor and provide guidance to project managers, promoting best practices in project governance, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators to track progress, adoption, and execution.
You need to have:
  • College degree with coursework in information systems, business, engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred. Formal training in project management strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in information systems, including three years of experience managing mid-sized projects required. Experience in Consulting highly preferred.
Compensation Range:

$100,000.00-$125,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
