Job summary

Everpure, a Pure Storage company, seeks a Sales Operations Business Partner (Commercial) to partner with District Managers across AMER Enterprise/Commercial. You will streamline operations, maintain data integrity, and enable DMs to focus on coaching and deal execution.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Channel, and SE teams, driving cross-functional efficiency and ensuring timely, accurate insights for leadership reviews. This role offers growth toward senior ops roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a business-facing analytics role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and forecasting tools like Clari is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with AI for dashboards is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize data for sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Clari; coordinate with Account Executives to update opportunities.
• Prepare weekly forecast fold-ins and highlight anomalies for the District Manager.
• Triage escalations and route to the right teams; monitor resolutions to reduce DM inbox load.
• Coordinate with Deal Desk on requests and communicate approvals to DMs and AEs.
• Track POC and expedite requests; update stakeholders and coordinate cross-team logistics.
• Prepare QSR data and pre-work for Quarterly Sales Reviews; follow through on action items.
• Support territory and district data analysis, capacity modeling, and annual planning prep.
• Act as the district's day-to-day contact for Finance, Legal, Channel, Marketing, and SE teams.
• Handle reporting requests and maintain a weekly cadence with each DM and forecast support.
