zerohash is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive sales efficiency during a pivotal growth phase. You will bridge the sales team and leadership, analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building scalable processes.

Responsibilities include dashboards, KPI tracking, forecasting, sales tools optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reduce friction. You’ll also support deal pricing and capacity planning as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and building dashboards.
• Understanding of sales motions and CRM discipline.
• Ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort dealing with financial/crypto context and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to optimize pipeline velocity and build dashboards.
• Own sales KPIs and develop forecasting models.
• Audit and promote adoption of sales tools and processes.
• Collaborate with account executives, leadership, and enabling functions to reduce friction.
• Partner with deal desk on pricing, structure, and margins.
• Model capacity and territory planning as we scale.
