Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead monthly and annual revenue planning across Retail channels. You will manage 4-person team, provide KPIs, budgeting, and accrual reconciliation, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Supply Chain to optimize profitability.

The role emphasizes forecasting, reporting, and dashboard development (Tableau). Strong Excel, SAP, Alteryx skills plus ability to drive cross-functional initiatives are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to drive actions and results.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with data tools.
• Experience presenting to executive management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Management Plan development with Sales and Product Marketing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define yearly funding programs.
• Develop and refine financial forecasting methodologies for monthly revenue opportunities.
• Build consensus with Account teams and Supply Chain on a single source of truth.
• Support quarterly sales budgeting across all retail channels.
• Lead reporting audits and arrange scorecards for department metrics.
• Manage revenue dashboards and distribute weekly/ monthly analyses.
• Create tools and processes (Tableau or AI-based) supporting corporate objectives.
• Ensure accruals are reconciled and gaps are closed with cross-functional teams.
